2. Prepare your application.
Your application needs to include:
- a cover letter
- your current resume
- 3 professional referees
- the key selection criteria
3. When your application is ready, submit it through Careers.Vic
Our recruitment process
If your application is shortlisted, we will call you to organise an interview.
Interview
Generally, 3 people sit on the interview panel:
- your prospective manager
- a peer with the same skill level
- a human resources representative
Interviews are followed by referee checks.
Offer
The interview panel decides which applicant is best suited to the role.
All interviewed applicants receive a phone call to let them know whether or not they've been successful. An email will be sent to everyone who applied for the job, including those who weren't interviewed.
